Privacy Policy

GameDavinci respects your privacy. We do not require an account to play our games and we collect the minimum data needed to run the site.
What we collect
Aggregate, non-identifying play counts and basic analytics to understand which games are popular. If you contact us, we keep the details you send only to reply.
Those visit statistics are measured with Google Analytics, so the pages you view on this site, the referrer that sent you and coarse technical details such as country and browser are processed by Google on our behalf. We never send it your name, email address or game progress, and we do not use it for advertising. What it stores in your browser, and how to opt out, is set out in our Cookie Policy.
When you play a game we also record how long you played it — the game's name and a count of seconds, nothing else. It tells us which games people enjoy rather than merely open. It is not linked to you, it contains nothing about how you played or what you scored, and the timer stops when you switch away from the tab or stop playing.
Games embedded on other sites
Anyone may put our games on their own site, so you may be reading this after meeting one somewhere else. When a game is played that way we record the domain of the site hosting it, which game was played and how long the play lasted — so we can tell whether the arrangement is worth continuing. Nothing identifies you, no cookie is set, and we load no advertising or third-party analytics into the page you were on. If that site does not pass on its address, we record the play without one.
Third-party games
Games are served from our own servers. Individual games may store local progress in your browser; this never leaves your device.
