About this game
Hangman is the classic word-guessing game, cleaned up with a bright, readable board instead of a grim one. Each round hides a word from one of six categories — Animals, Countries, Food, Space, Sports, or Music — and shows you only how many letters it has. Pick letters from the on-screen keyboard or just type them: right guesses fill into the word, wrong ones cost you, and six misses ends the round with the answer revealed. The category is your only clue, so the game is a mix of vocabulary and smart guessing — lead with the common vowels and letters, then gamble on the rarer ones once the shape of the word appears. Win rounds in a row to build a streak that carries between visits; a single wrong-footed word resets it to zero, which keeps every guess honest. Short, quick, and endlessly replayable, it fits a spare minute or a long sitting, and it plays the same with a tap or a keyboard on any screen. Nothing to install — pick a letter and go.
Controls
Tap letters on the on-screen keyboard, or type them on a physical keyboard. Press Enter after a round to start the next word.
How to play
A hidden word is shown as blank slots, one per letter, with its category as your clue. Guess a letter: if it appears in the word it fills every matching slot; if it does not, it counts as a miss and adds a piece to the figure. Reveal the whole word before six misses to win the round and extend your streak. Six misses ends the round and shows the answer, resetting your streak. Tap New Word for a fresh word and category at any time.
